(Feels like I’m in a maze. No clarity on work expectations / accountabilities).
(A lot to take in, but trying to manage).
(Quite clear, feels like the early stages of riding a bike).
(Things are clear, and I quite know the ins and outs).
(Throw me in the ocean. I can survive on my own now!)

How was your onboarding buddy’s support during the onboarding process? *

(Like a lifeguard giving you instructions when you don’t know how to swim)
(Feels like a half-finished project, with the first half mostly done by me).
(Like a relationship that goes very well at first but then you’re on and off).
(It's a solid 7/8 out of 10)
(Like the warm blanket to my cold nights. Always there when needed).

Did you have any needs or concerns that weren't addressed? *

(as many as Qasim’s silly jokes)
