Engagement Guidelines

Coach Selection

  • You have the flexibility to choose your preferred coach either during the signup process or by connecting with us through WhatsApp. If you haven’t selected a coach, our dedicated team will take 1-3 days to carefully match you with the most suitable coach based on your preferences and needs.

 

Discovery Sessions

  • Your Discovery Session, a complimentary 30-minute introduction with your Coach, is designed to help you get acquainted with the coaching process.
  • We kindly ask that you reschedule your Discovery Session in case of emergencies. Please note that you can postpone your Discovery session only once.
  • After conducting the session, If you feel that a different Coach would be a better fit for your needs, we encourage you to discuss this with us, and we can help you find another coach.
  • To make the most of your time, we request that you join your discovery session within the first 5 minutes of the scheduled time. If you do not attend during this time, the session will be postponed.
  • If you need to reschedule your intro session, we appreciate a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the session. Two reminders will be sent to avoid the session being marked as concluded.

Assessment and Debrief Session

  • Debrief session is aimed at giving you an overall understanding of your assessment report by the coach and is scheduled after the assessment and payment are completed.
  • We kindly request that you join your debrief session within 10-15 minutes of the scheduled time. In case of not showing up, the session will be considered a postponement the first time, and as concluded the second time.
  •  If you need to reschedule your debrief session, we appreciate a minimum of 24 hours notice before the session. Two reminders will be sent to avoid the session being marked as concluded.

 

Coaching Sessions

  • To maximize the session’s effectiveness, we kindly request that you join your coaching session within 10-15 minutes of the scheduled time. In case of not showing up, the session will be considered a postponement the first time, and as concluded the second time.
  •  If you need to reschedule your coaching session, we appreciate a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the session. Two reminders will be sent to avoid the session being marked as concluded.


Payment

  • To secure your coaching or debrief session, please make the payment at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Choose the payment method that suits you, whether it’s a one-time payment or in convenient installments, if applicable. 
  • If applicable and approved, refund requests will be processed within 10 to 15 working days.
