A successful coaching relationship should be filled with trust and honesty. It wouldn't exist otherwise!

For this, We would like you to answer the questions with complete honesty and with all the details that will help your coach know you better. Sharing those details will help you get the best out of your journey. Your information will not be used for marketing through a third party. And we promise you that what's shared in here will remain a secret between you and your coach.

Coach Assignment:
If you haven’t selected the Coach you want to have sessions with, kindly allow us 1-3 days’ time to carefully match you with the most suitable Coach.

Discovery/Intro Sessions
1. Intro Session/Discovery Session is a complimentary 30-minute session designed to help you get acquainted with your Coach.
2. We kindly request that you only reschedule your Discovery Session in cases of genuine emergencies (such as bereavement, accident, or loss of a family member). In other cases, you can postpone your intro session only once.
3. If, after your initial session, you feel that a different Coach would be a better fit for your needs, we encourage you to discuss this with us and we can help you find another coach.
4. To make the most of your time, we request that you join your intro session within the first 5 minutes of the scheduled time. Failure to do so will be considered a postponement.
5. If you need to reschedule your intro session, we appreciate a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the session.
6. Two reminders will be sent from the Admin. If you find you are unable to attend, please inform us after the second reminder to avoid the session being marked as concluded.

Assessment and Debrief session
1. The debrief session is aimed at giving you an overall understanding of your assessment report by the coach and is scheduled after the assessment and payment is completed.
2. We kindly request that you join your debrief session within 10-15 minutes of the scheduled time. Failure to do so will be considered a postponement the first time, and as concluded the second time (In cases of emergencies, exceptions will be made).
3. If you need to reschedule your debrief session, we appreciate a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the session.
4. Two reminders will be sent from the Admin. If you find you are unable to attend, please inform us after the second reminder to avoid the session being marked as concluded.

Coaching Sessions
1. If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.
2. To maximize the session's effectiveness, please ensure you join within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled time. Failure to do so will be considered a postponement the first time, and as concluded the second time (In cases of emergencies, exceptions will be made).
3. Two reminders will be sent from the Admin. If you find you are unable to attend, please inform us after the second reminder to avoid the session being marked as concluded.

Payment

1. To secure your coaching session or debrief session, kindly make the payment at least 24 hours in advance.
2. In cases where payment is received less than 24 hours prior, the session may need to be rescheduled, except in emergencies.
3. You have the flexibility to make payments at once or in installments, depending on your circumstances.
4. If applicable and approved, refund requests will be processed within 10 to 15 working days.
